Returns

If you have purchased a custom product (like a print size on request) or a product with a significant custom (such as a limited edition print) you are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. All limited edition prints are made to order and personalized for each customer. As a result, we cannot offer a right of withdrawal (‘Wet Koop op Afstand’) or cancellation for these orders. Once a print has been ordered and registered in the customer’s name, it cannot be sold again to another customer. If you have any questions about my limited edition fine art prints or our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact me.

In case of damage

If your print and/or frame arrived damaged and you can show it was damaged on transport, your order will be replaced without any costs for you.

How to return a product?

Before returning the product, please always contact me at info@artfromabove.nl and I will get back to you with the address to return the product. Please also add some photos of the damage. You are responsible for the return expenses. Refund of the order value will be made within 30 days from the date on which the returned item is received.
